I recently had my first ever Pimms, yes I realise that it is probably wrong to admit that prior to this I have shied away from this perfect summer drink but it is true!

Absolute Ice Bar
They say that you should experience everything once, and while I sometimes think this is not the best plan I have to say I found myself intrigued by the concept of an ice bar in London. If it had been in my home town way up North I would have accepted it as it is so much colder up there but in the centre of London, surely that is just a disaster waiting to happen?
