I Love Shoes & Wine What more could a girl want?!

To Buy Christian Louboutin or Not To Buy Christian Louboutin?! Normally this would be a hands down yes, once the desired pair has been chosen and tried on in many different department stores. However with Ebay and the increasing numbers of classy second hand shops it is a tough decision that faces a shoe buyer in these credit crunch times.

I have two friends, one who has Christian Louboutin sandals from a second hand shop which are gorgeous and purchased for the grand total of £26, the other friend paid £350 for a beautiful pair of nude patent platform Christian Louboutin shoes. So the decision to be made is: Do you mind wearing what someone else has worn before you to get a good bargain?

Personally I would rather scour Ebay for BNIB Louboutins that haven’t been worn but that are a lot cheaper than the original price tag, saves answering the whole someone else has had their trotters in here first debate. However this approach could cause saddness and upset if a fake pair are purchased and paid for. So is it better to go to one of these classy second hand stores and see what they have? Not that  a pair of Louboutins are guaranteed to be there waiting for you. Or is it really necessary for one to go to a department store and pay the three figure price tag to guarantee authenticity and also to know the shoes have only ever been yours.

So really the question should be: Where to buy Christian Louboutin? As really they should always be bought, its just a matter of where from!
