With the summer fast approaching and my love for champagne growing it can only end with one conclusion - Champagne BBQ’s!!
I have always loved BBQ’s but being from the Northern part of the UK the chance to actually have one is few and far between as summer is not a season we really get up there. Now that I am an adopted Southerner I have high hopes for some serious BBQ action to fulfil my meat cravings! Preferably without setting anything alight, but that is not a promise.
We do get Champagne up North but again not really the weather to enjoy it outside. So what could be more perfect than a sunny Sunday afternoon spent lying on the grass with a cold glass of champagne in hand and the smell of a nice steak sizzling away on the BBQ.
