I realise I am a bit behind the times with my love for Uggs, but after thinking approximately £170 for a pair of flat boots, you have to be kidding me! Along with seeing all the “Rah” kids at Uni wearing them I was firmly in the never going to wear them camp. However, after trying Roxy boots by Quicksilver, I have converted and am ripping up my tent and re-pitching it in the saving up for them camp! They keep your feet warm and are actually comfortable! These are the shoes that I pull on after a night on the town in my 5inch killer heels where the blisters are on top of other blisters. You can shop till your credit card limit is reached without having to worry whether it is your feet or your card limit which is going to break first! I am looking at Shudoo and the styles on there have led to the next big decision:
- Which colour – Black, Chestnut, Chocolate, Grey, Sage, Sand or Sunflower?
- Which Style – Classic Tall, Classic Short, Classic Cardy, Lo Pro Classic Tall, Lo Pro Button, Millcreek, Wallingford, Orcas?
I think I have settled on Classic Tall as the style but the colour and store is still in the balance, Black or Chocolate, and whether it will be online or in store bought. This is like a big life changing decision. Yes it is sad but I am sacrificing some serious wine or champagne purchasing and therefore it is a big decision for me! Fingers crossed I will have reached my saving target soon as I am starting to get pangs for them and it’s really not a good look ripping them off some other girls feet in the middle of a shop.
